She is a Hollywood fitness trainer (yes to a couple of the stars) and nutrition advisor. Trudy is trained in pre and postnatal fitness and even did significantly more research to write this book to make sure it is up-to-date on the latest and greatest pregnancy weight management for you. She's 37 and a mother of two boys - a two-year-old and a 4-month-old.
